ABOUT
My name is Austin Hamilton, and I am a video editor and producer with over 7 years of professional experience. It all started in high school, where I saved up just enough money to purchase a cheap camcorder and launched a YouTube channel where I reviewed, played, and parodied my favorite video games.
I earned a BFA in Motion Pictures & Television at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, focusing on Directing and Editing. While I was there, I wrote, directed, produced, and edited over 10 narrative short films, one of which (My Cucumber Inside the Fridge) was chosen as an official selection at the New York Rooftop Film Festival.
After graduation, I moved down to Los Angeles to dive deeper into the world of film and video. Since then, I’ve worked with 40+ brands across a wide range of different projects—from narrative to movie trailers, to branded content, documentaries, and social media content. I have a deep passion for creating, whether it be producing a quick social piece or even editing a feature-length film!
